Known as the “Queen of Real Estate,” the lawyer not only celebrates professional achievements but is also proud to have positively impacted the lives of thousands of people.

Throughout her career, Echenique has overcome challenges and broken gender barriers, demonstrating that knowledge and dedication know no gender. “At first, some people told me to choose between being a lawyer or a real estate agent. But I always knew that combining both disciplines was the perfect recipe. Today, I proudly see how other women have begun to follow this example,” says Reyna, whose approach has paved the way for other women to also conquer the sector.

Furthermore, the real estate law specialist has been a pioneer in integrating technology with the legal framework in real estate processes, not only to improve security and transparency in each transaction, but also to offer quality education through Echenique Academy, her educational platform, which is dedicated to training both professionals in the sector and new investors in the legal-real estate field.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), Reyna also works on key legislative initiatives, such as amending Law 108-05 and implementing a provisional registration system for off-plan property purchases, with the aim of providing greater security to buyers.
This 2025, the real estate advisor is preparing for the launch of her first book, a work that will integrate for the first time in the Dominican Republic the legal and practical aspects of the real estate sector.
