SANTO DOMINGO.- A group of legal professionals have combined their experience in the real estate field to produce the podcast “Real Estate Lawyers in the DR”, a project that focuses on the legal aspects of the real estate market in the Dominican Republic.
Israel López, an expert in real estate law with more than 15 years of experience in the field, explained that the program is designed to offer valuable information and practical advice to both professionals in the sector and anyone interested in better understanding the real estate world.
He said the podcast, which will air twice a month on YouTube, will feature prominent real estate lawyers, legal experts, and representatives from industry institutions. "Each episode will cover relevant topics such as buying and selling property, market regulation, conflict resolution, and best practices for real estate agents," he stated.
He added that “Real Estate Lawyers in the Dominican Republic” aims to educate and empower its audience, providing them with the necessary tools to make informed decisions in their real estate transactions. “With an accessible and dynamic approach, the podcast seeks to demystify the legal process and make it more understandable for the general public.”.
He noted that through the social networks of real estate lawyers, interaction with the audience will also be encouraged through questions and suggestions of topics to be discussed.
Cuello stated that the new space is an initiative of a group of lawyers with extensive experience in the real estate sector, committed to promoting transparency and ethics in real estate transactions in the Dominican Republic.
