RE/MAX and Keller Williams, the big winners of the Cruise On Land 2025 awards

SANTO DOMINGO.- The developer Cruise On Land recognized various real estate agents and agencies for their performance in marketing that destination, during an awards ceremony held as part of the "Our Great Journey" event, a meeting that brought together collaborators, brokers and representatives of the real estate sector.

The awards were presented by Luis Wolfgang Castillo, CEO, and Samuel Losada, COO of Cruise On Land, who highlighted the commitment of their partners to the growth of the brand and the strengthening of the real estate market.

During the ceremony, awards were given in various categories, including Master Brokers, Top Producers, Super Brokers and Breakthrough Agency, with the purpose of highlighting the effort and achievements of the main collaborators in the 2024-2025 period.

In the Master Brokers category, the agencies Keller Williams RD, BHA Group and Re/Max RD were recognized for their leadership and outstanding sales results.

Meanwhile, in the Top Producers 2024/2025 category, the top three places went to Keller Williams Capital, Re/Max Home and Re/Max Advance, respectively, for their outstanding commercial performance.

Additionally, the special “Cruise On Land Super Broker” award was presented to Rodelixsa Manzueta, regional director of Keller Williams, for her career and contributions to the brand.

The winners of the 2024/2025 sales contest were also awarded, with first place going to Marisely Melo (Re/Max Home), who received a 2025 Kia Picanto; Wanda del Orbe, (Keller Williams Capital), awarded a Rolex watch, while José Chávez won a Caribbean cruise.

The ceremony included a posthumous tribute to Alejandro Romero, general manager of Re/Max Dominican Republic, and Milquiades Melo, agent of Re/Max Home, in recognition of their careers and contributions to the industry. The event took place at the InterContinental Hotel.
