Exemption from remote deposit at Sambil

The Real Estate Registry also announced the exemption of the RD$300 remote deposit for Santo Domingo procedures carried out from Sambil.

The institution urged users to check which reduction applies based on the time their product has been available for delivery.

The institution also recommended taking advantage of the validity period of the facility to withdraw the products and benefit from the reductions contemplated in this third phase of the amnesty.

The Late Withdrawal Amnesty – Phase III of the Real Estate Registry offers a facility to reduce the fees generated by documents that remain uncollected for more than six months.
