SANTO DOMINGO – Yesterday, May 15, Pragma Capital continued its program aimed at strengthening the training of real estate agents. The second session was held at the Casa Mencía restaurant in Bella Vista, National District, and was attended by 30 real estate agents.
The renowned communicator Francisco Montalvo, with several years of experience training real estate teams, was in charge of leading the second Pragma Educa meeting, with the theme "communication and persuasion for sales", offering high-value content for the attendees.

“The idea behind all of this is that we want to give back to all the people who have supported us,” said Julio Cabrera, president of the company, in his opening remarks at the event.
The businessman highlighted the brand's commitment to the professional growth of real estate agents.
Enriching journey
Montalvo guided the audience through an enriching and dynamic exploration of essential tools for influencing and connecting more effectively with clients. Concepts such as empathy, active listening, and the strategic use of nonverbal communication were explained not only theoretically, but also through examples drawn from everyday situations in the real estate industry.
One of the key takeaways from the conference was the connection between all the strategies. These weren't isolated tools, but rather a system that, when executed well, strengthens trust, reduces customer resistance, and creates a thriving sales environment.
The group dynamics allowed the agents who attended the meeting to experience in real time how a simple adjustment in body posture or a strategically formulated question can completely change the course of a negotiation.

Beyond technical knowledge, the conference not only offered valuable content, but also a space to exchange experiences and, above all, to remember that in the art of selling, communicating well is not an option, but a necessity.
The meeting was attended by agencies belonging to renowned firms in the sector, such as Domus RD, KW Oriental, JGV Inmobiliaria, RE/MAX Metropolitana, thus consolidating a space for professional growth and exchange of value.
During the event, DomusRD and KW Oriental were recognized for their outstanding sales within the projects offered by Pragma Capital, a company that maintains projects in La Vega, Santiago and Santo Domingo Este.
