SANTO DOMINGO. - Brave, persistent, determined, resilient, tenacious, unwavering, a fighter, unstoppable. These are words to define people who never give up, like Lissette Delmonte, CEO of Infinity Group, a real estate company with 26 years of experience in the sale and rental of luxury properties in the Dominican Republic, which also offers services in New York, New Jersey and Florida, in the United States.
In the conversation, we discover a woman deeply devoted to her Christian faith, whose tone and rhythm of voice convey enthusiasm and optimism. She smiles at just the right moment, her gaze is direct, and her eyes shine and widen when she speaks of her journey, of her family who supports her and walks alongside her.
“Family is a fundamental pillar in my life. I’ve learned that open communication and effective time management are essential for balancing professional and personal responsibilities. They are part of my professional life; their support and perspective enrich my decision-making and strengthen our bond.” Her two eldest children are part of the company, and her teenage daughter is practically her Community Manager.
Her chest swells with pride, and she speaks nostalgically of her father's teachings. "Everything I have achieved is thanks to God first, and to my father who taught me to be persistent, persevering, to never give up, and most importantly, to be honest," she says, her voice breaking.
Lissette Delmonte grew up listening to her father, Edmundo Delmonte Paredes, talk about hardware items and terms related to construction, so when she completed her university studies in Marketing, she worked alongside her father in the marketing of hardware items.
For the past 13 years, she has led Infinity Group and says she was never afraid to face the challenges of entering a male-dominated field. Urban development fascinated her, and although her focus was on business administration, she also had a desire to contribute to the community. She worked tirelessly and relentlessly, earning the respect of the industry.

The foundation upon which she has built her leadership and business approach is education, experience, integrity, and innovation. Education is so fundamental to her that she created the Infinity Academy, where she continuously offers training. “I don’t miss a congress, a trade show, or a conference; you have to be where real estate development is being discussed in order to grow,” she says with conviction.
Lissette Delmonte is very aware that excellence and leadership are not built spontaneously and that each person, each plan, each project involves challenges whose resolution depends on perseverance, empathy, and strategic vision, which: “have been key in my career. I have cultivated these skills through training, mentoring, and personal reflection, allowing me to lead effectively and adapt to the changing dynamics of the sector.”
Thanks to its drive and futuristic vision, Infinity Group keeps abreast of new technologies, incorporating virtual reality tools for guided tours and digital platforms for customer management, as it understands that sustainability and digitalization will be key trends in the future of the real estate sector, "and we are preparing to lead in these areas," he says with a smile, adding that he has just returned to the country after closing a deal with Turkish companies to import top-quality, lightweight structural materials that will contribute to the modernization of construction in the country.
At the request of Mujer de Concreto, she sent a message to women in the challenging world of real estate: “To young women aspiring to leadership in the real estate sector, I say maintain an open mind, trust in your abilities, seek support from your network, and never stop learning and adapting. Don't forget your faith in God, maintain a positive attitude, and be prepared to face challenges. Giving up is not an option, and it is crucial to balance professional and personal life, setting clear boundaries and prioritizing self-care to ensure a sustainable and rewarding career.”
She's a woman with a busy schedule who knows how to structure and manage her time, making room for leisure, spirituality, and family. She enjoys a good book in her favorite place in the world, Casa de Campo in La Romana, and she also finds relaxation in exploring the country's natural beauty, especially Constanza, for the serenity and peace it offers her.
Lissette Delmonte, the resilient woman of concrete, says she has a morning ritual that includes time for meditation and light exercise, which gives her the mental clarity she needs, followed by a cup of coffee and the news to stay up-to-date. She is also passionate about writing, outdoor walks, and the beach. In fact, she is writing a book with which she hopes to positively influence her readers with motivational and personal growth messages.
