SANTO DOMINGO – The Dominican Republic has established itself as a leader in the real estate market, and in this context, Kreisky Pedroza has distinguished herself not only for her knowledge and experience, but also for her human-centered approach and her ability to lead with empathy and strategy. With a solid background in economics and more than five years of experience in real estate, Pedroza decided to move to the country over a decade ago, drawn by the opportunities offered by the economic growth of the local real estate market.
Since then, she has worked tirelessly to position herself as one of the leading players in the sector, applying her experience and analytical skills to every project.
“I am observant and analytical; numbers have always fascinated me. The ability to analyze results, evaluate the profitability of investments, and understand price dynamics has been a strength that I apply both in my work and within my team,” she says.
Beyond the numbers, Pedroza recognizes that the real estate sector is, above all, a relationship business. “We work with people and for people. Empathy and active listening are essential,” she explains. As a woman, mother, wife, and professional, she brings a holistic view of life, which allows her to connect deeply with the needs of her clients and colleagues.
In 2024, her ability to lead with humanity and a strategic focus earned her the title of Broker of the Year, an achievement that also highlighted her team, with six of its members ranking among the top ten in productivity. “What excites me most is seeing my team grow and achieve their goals; that is the true reward,” says the economist.

According to Kreisky, the Dominican Republic is fertile ground for real estate investment, especially for foreigners. He highlights its economic and political stability, sustained growth, and tax incentives, which make the country even more attractive. “With an expanding real estate market and no restrictions for foreign investors, coupled with the booming tourism sector and direct flights from more than 100 destinations, the opportunities are vast,” he asserts.
With her collaborative approach and unwavering commitment, Kreisky Pedroza is also a champion of female leadership, concluding with advice for all women seeking success in the sector: “To women who dream of a successful career in real estate, I would say: you have everything you need to succeed. If you work with discipline, focus, and consistency, this is a sector that can bring you great satisfaction.”.
