During this week, El Inmobiliario has covered the course offered by the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) for new brokers as part of its training program.
Called CBR-01 Certification, this educational program seeks to provide new real estate agents with the tools and knowledge necessary to start practicing in an informed manner, as it offers a complete menu of the entire mechanism involved in the industry.
The association has conducted five courses this year, and despite the limitations of the Covid era, it has continued to train groups of young professionals who have decided to be part of the real estate sector in a virtual format.
This initiative, commendably undertaken by Ms. Olga Gómez with the support of the Board of Directors of the organization, represents a golden opportunity for all agents to register and take advantage of the masterful presentations provided by the best pillars of the industry, who put their knowledge at the service of the participants.
The AEI projects that around a thousand people will graduate this year, representing progress in the training process for this important sector of the economy. And although it may seem small, these activities, combined with the international continuous improvement events attended by its members, represent a significant contribution in a sector where support is scarce.
This educational support is complemented by the struggle against governments that the association has carried out for years to achieve the regulation of real estate agents, since it is the responsibility of the State to guarantee the standardization of the various sectors of society.
Our hope is that more and more officers will join these training sessions, which will undoubtedly contribute to the sector's organization, its improvement, and a better image. There is no better recipe than education for the advancement and progress of a nation.
