PUERTO PLATA. - Freedom Builders Global Group and InspireDR, a non-profit organization, announced a partnership to celebrate the first edition of the "Drive to Inspire" golf tournament, a charity event that will take place at the Playa Dorada resort golf course in this area of the Atlantic coast.
A press release highlights that the event will begin on October 4th of this year, with a welcome evening at the Emotions an expression of Hodelpa hotel, while the competition will start on the 5th, at the Playa Dorada Golf Course.
The statement sent to El Inmobiliario explains that the initiative aims to raise funds to support the construction of the first community center on the Dominican North Coast, and to support the free programs that Inspire DR promotes to young people in the Cabarete community.
"During these days, the competition will provide its players and guests with an exciting experience with a welcome party, artistic performances and various raffles," he notes.

The tournament will be played in a doubles scramble format, and mixed-gender pairs of both men and women are welcome. Organizers have announced that, as an incentive for participants, the competition will feature two holes-in-one challenges: the first with a prize of US$50,000.00, open to all participants; and a second with a prize of one million dollars for the player with the closest approach.
The event is supported by the companies Freedom Builders, Gorditos Fresh Mex, Millennium Resort & Spa, Caul Group and AMG Comunica.
Inspire DR's mission is to educate, guide, and inspire disadvantaged children to mature and become productive and responsible members of the community.
