SANTO DOMINGO –On March 8, 2025, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Punta Cana will host a unique celebration of female leadership in the real estate and business sectors with the launch of Mujer de Concreto. The event will feature a series of conferences and a panel discussion with prominent figures in the industry, who will share their experiences, knowledge, and visions for the present and future of the market.

The event, which will take place on the occasion of "International Women's Day", will be inaugurated with a welcome speech by Ana María RamosMedia Group El Inmobiliario, who will also offer the official presentation of the magazine Mujer de Concreto.
Following this, the audience will be able to enjoy two in-depth presentations. Hernando Gómez Begambre, economist and project management specialist, will deliver a presentation entitled " Transformational Leadership in the Era of the Digital Revolution," sharing his extensive experience in project management and his focus on business innovation.

Next up is Yermys Peña, architect and CEO of Construger, who will present "The Code of Power Without Excuses." Yermys, recognized for her leadership and influence in the world of architecture, will offer a unique perspective on how women can achieve success without limitations.

Panel: Women of Concrete: Architects of solid leadership
The event will culminate with a panel moderated by Osman González, director of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), eastern zone; and Julissa Báez, executive director of ADOCEM, where they will discuss the impact of female leadership in the industry and how women are shaping the evolution in a constantly changing sector.

Reyna Echenique, a lawyer specializing in real estate law and the founding CEO of Echenique Group, has 20 years of experience. A leading figure in the sector, she was recognized by Forbes as one of the Powerful Women of 2024.
Laura Pérez, a civil engineer and operations director at Grupo Noval, has led significant real estate projects in the Dominican Republic and is one of the most influential professionals in the industry.
Fernanda Muñoz, architect and founder of EME Concepts, specializing in project management in the hotel and retail sector, will contribute her vision on the planning of complex projects and efficiency in management.
