The Cibao Association announced its 2025 Mortgage Fair, an initiative that offers a fixed rate of 11.75% for five years, along with other facilities designed to help more Dominican families—both inside and outside the country—realize their dream of owning a home in the Dominican Republic.

The fair will be open from October 1 to November 15, 2025, at all branches of the entity nationwide, and will also be available through the website www.cibao.com.do , allowing the participation of Dominicans residing in the country and abroad.
