Banco BHD opened a branch in the Ágora Santiago Center shopping mall, located on the corner of Salvador Estrella Sadhalá Avenue and Juan Pablo Duarte Avenue, in Santiago de los Caballeros.
The office offers services Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm for the Teller, Services, and Business areas. On Saturdays, the Teller area is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and the Services and Business area from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Agora Santiago Center branch is closed on Sundays and holidays.
At the inauguration of the new facilities, Fidelio Arturo Despradel, CEO of Banco BHD, stated that Santiago and the entire Northern region has always been a strategic pillar for the financial institution.

Despradel was accompanied at the opening of the new office by Rafaela Sánchez, Personal Business Manager, and Clara Medina, Deputy Manager of Operations and Services, of this new branch.

The new Banco BHD branch at Ágora Santiago Center stands out for its spacious and modern self-service lobby, multifunctional ATMs, and extended weekend hours in the bustling shopping plaza located in the heart of Santiago. It is the only branch in Santiago with a teller area open until 3:00 pm on Saturdays.
