She entered the real estate industry after 16 years in banking, experience that has helped her establish herself as a successful real estate advisor and achieve three awards in a single year.
Yokasta Rocha was one of the most outstanding real estate agents of 2022 at KW Dominicana, Capital subsidiary. She says she was surprised by the awards when she was called up three times at the company's Christmas party, where she shared statuettes with more than 50 colleagues who had achieved the best results in the current year.

1-Who is Yokasta Rocha?
I am a woman saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, married with two beautiful children, dedicated 100% to real estate, a job I do with passion and love.
2-Time in the real estate sector?.
After working in the banking sector for 16 years, I ventured into real estate in 2019.
3- Did you enter the sector independently or through a friend or acquaintance?
A friend recommended that I venture into the field with Wanda del Orbe and Rodelixsa Manzueta, and to this day I work with them at KW Capital.
4-Where are you originally from?
I'm from Santo Domingo.
5-What motivates you to sell properties?
I love serving, helping people find the property they're looking for, providing assistance with financing, and guiding them to make the best decision for their lives.
6- What strategy do you implement to achieve success?
Listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and helping them find what's right for them, using my experience and, most importantly, always guided by my Christian values, is my way of doing business. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that I have the passion and love for what I do.
7-What do three awards represent for you?
Wow, what a surprise, I wasn't expecting it. There's so much talent at KW and I never imagined she'd win in 3 categories.
8-What inspires you in life?
God, my family, and my work.
9- Do you believe in God, in destiny, in work?
Faithful believer in a God who created all things and whose will is good, pleasing, and perfect.
10-What are your plans for 2023?.
To continue giving my best, to help many families and investors acquire their properties safely and effectively.
