PUNTA CANA - Last weekend, executives from Asesco Group presented their new real estate project, "Wind Residences," a new venture that aims to positively impact the economic development of the country's main tourist hub in the Dominican East.
The project, which will feature 40 luxury apartments, will be located within the Vistacana complex, the latest major urban development in Punta Cana, situated ten minutes from the International Airport of that area.
“Wind Residences is an ideal project for people looking for exclusivity and harmony; it is a complex of only 40 one- and two-bedroom units, all with a view of the central pool,” explained Patricia Coiscou, CEO of Porta Properties, the real estate firm that will be in charge of the promotion and sale of the new real estate proposal.

Highlighting the advantages of the complex, the real estate agent explained that Wind Residences will have its own amenities: a central pool with a solarium, a gym, a coworking area, a children's play area, a jacuzzi, and available terraces, in addition to all the charms that Vistacana offers.
“Buying in Wind is a smart decision for investors who want to obtain high capital gains, also for people who want to spend their vacation or retirement days in a beautiful and quiet place, which connects with the main locations of Punta Cana and will have the benefits offered by the CONFOTUR law,” Coiscou commented.
The welcoming remarks were delivered by Manuel Reateguis, executive partner of Asesco Group, who stated that they have over 10 years in the construction sector, focusing their projects in the northern part of the country with extensive experience, but above all, a high level of compliance in the delivery of these projects.
The event was led by Senator Virgilio Cedano of La Altagracia province and Representative Hamlet Melo, who congratulated the investors for choosing the province as an investment destination and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the State to the tourism sector.
The event took place at Yaque Bar, Vistacana beach, with the presence of the project developers Francis Serrano, Merlin Alvarez and Alberto Serrano, as well as investors from the country's tourism sector, real estate agents among others.
