SANTO DOMINGO – Tirso Herrera and Jazmín Loveras are husband and wife. Leonel Pérez and Zoraida Pérez are siblings; all four are united by Premium Real Estate. For both families, family is the foundation that guides their actions and the safest place in their lives.
“We definitely agree that family is our safe haven, the genesis of our lives,” Tirso and Jasmín explain. He has been involved in the real estate market for 18 years, while she quit her job in 2019 to join the agency.

They affirm that as a team they complement each other and "manage to strengthen each other in their work tasks." They value communication and say that it plays a fundamental role in this regard. "We have learned to establish schedules where we switch off from work and are simply husband and wife.".
Families in crisis are advised to seek God and define priorities, and are also urged to rescue home values in order to "achieve a favorable coexistence for all members.".
The Pérez brothers have always shared a special bond and say they have always been together, and for them, family "is the cornerstone of society; much of our daily life stems from it; in short, family unity is essential for us.".
Working together seems beneficial to him because "many times the support that a family member can provide is crucial to being able to meet customer needs, and efforts in a given project can also be enhanced.".

They separate work from personal projects with maturity and respect. “Always knowing that work is one thing and family relationships are another, it’s also good to respect each other’s boundaries. In the workplace, avoid discussing family matters, and in the family environment, try not to discuss work, although the latter is a bit more difficult.”.
“Family unity is crucial to overcoming crises. Our recommendation is that you support each other and encourage those family members who are lagging behind. Family support is fundamental; creating, undertaking, and facing challenges as a family is essential,” they conclude.
