David Martin, president of Zoemar Group, the company under whose supervision the complex will be built, explained that the real estate project will have 330 fully furnished apartments, and that it will offer a variety of options for all tastes, from one bedroom, suite, penthouses and units with the flexibility to combine one with the suite type.
He also indicated that the project is more than 20% sold, and that the amenities of the new development are unparalleled, as they include sports areas, a lake for water sports, an 18-hole golf course redesigned by PB Dye, as well as first-class restaurants.
Martin explained that Coral Lake will feature a sky bar with an infinity pool, three adult pools, a children's pool, and a fully equipped gym for the well-being of the residents.
