The legal representative of the company DCX Consulting, denounced that a French citizen is irregularly occupying a villa located in Loma Bonita, Las Terrenas, Samaná province, which is owned by his client.
Victor Nicolas Solis assured Listin Diario that the property in dispute, which is being challenged to invalidate his client's title, has been occupied for several days by Frenchman Jean Claude Fabiani.
He indicated that this case could be one of others that have occurred in that tourist area, where an "international gang invades properties irregularly claiming to possess the titles to the properties.".
Solís called on the authorities to investigate this situation.
“The Dominican Republic authorities must take action to investigate and dismantle any gangs that are invading duly registered gangs,” the lawyer said.
He stated that they requested, through the State Attorney of San Pedro de Macorís, the assistance of the public force to evict the French citizen, since the property is duly registered and the boundaries were carried out publicly.
