These entrepreneurs decided to give a second life to these old aircraft that were about to be sold as scrap metal, transforming them into luxury accommodations for a few people, near holiday destinations, creating a unique atmosphere.
Ourx Phoenix Costa Verde
In Costa Rica, the Costa Verde hotel offers travelers comfortable accommodations surrounded by nature, but it has a special suite that is the most exclusive, called Our Phoenix, inside the old fuselage of a 1965 Boeing 727 airplane.
The high suite a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with ocean views, and is positioned within the Manuel Antonio jungle on a 50-foot-high pedestal, so the panoramic view it offers is comforting.

In 2021, Russian businessman Felix Demin rescued a Boeing 737 that belonged to Mandala Airlines and was planning to sell for scrap. After dismantling, transporting, and reassembling it piece by piece over the course of a week, he transformed it into a luxury villa just 500 meters from Nyang Nyang Beach in Bali.
The Private Jet by Hanging Gardens Air is located on a cliff, 150 meters high, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
This unusual accommodation inside an airplane features two bedrooms , a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a hot tub, a glass-walled terrace over one of the wings, and an infinity pool with a jacuzzi .
The best part is that this luxurious villa is surrounded by nature, and it also has a chill-out area with sofas and a space for a bonfire.
It is expected to officially open in 2023 for travelers who enjoy luxury and unique accommodations.
