SANTO DOMINGO. – The Real Estate Registry announced that it will not be working tomorrow, Wednesday, January 7, 2026, due to the commemoration of Judicial Power Day in the Dominican Republic.
Through an official statement, the entity indicated that "Wednesday, January 7th is considered a non-working day due to the Day of the Judiciary," as established in current regulations.
Likewise, he urged users to use their digital channels to carry out procedures and requests, available in the virtual office through the website www.ri.gob.do and through the RI Móvil application.
The Real Estate Registry is the department of the Judicial Council responsible for the systematic management of administrative bodies, created by Resolution No. 008-2020 of July 7, 2020, of the Judicial Council. It is composed of:
- The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Registry.
- The National Directorate of Title Registration.
- The National Directorate of Cadastral Surveys.
- The general administration of the Real Estate Registry.
