SANTO DOMINGO - Yesterday, Monday, June 2nd, the construction of the Taman real estate project was officially launched, a proposal that promises to transform the living experience in the La Rinconada area, on the Eastern Tourist Boulevard.
During the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony, the project's developer and founder, Marcus Boereau, welcomed strategic partners, investors, and institutional representatives, emphasizing that the project represents much more than a construction project: "It is a vision with purpose, essence, and future," said the businessman.
“Today I feel very happy and grateful to welcome you and make you part of this new stage. This is not simply another project; it is a demonstration of our confidence in the development of Punta Cana and its growth potential,” said Boereau.
He said that this is the first real estate project to begin construction in the La Rinconada area, after obtaining all the permits required by the authorities, in a process that, although rigorous, was positively valued by the businessman.
“Although the permitting process in the Dominican Republic can be slow, I have been impressed by the system’s attention to detail and its commitment to ensuring compliance with all requirements,” he added.
The project will be carried out by the renowned firm Verges & Asociados (VAC), with more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector, while the technical supervision will be the responsibility of ASPECT, and the project will have comprehensive construction insurance, Marcus explained.
Boereau announced that Taman is a Bali-inspired, wellness-focused project and that the world-class hotel management firm that will operate it will be announced soon. "This partnership represents a strategic pillar for attracting investors seeking long-term stability and value. During the construction phase, we will also host exclusive experiences for partners and future residents, allowing them to closely observe the project's progress and connect with the holistic vision that inspires it.".
