Does your job ever get easier?
The work remains challenging, especially due to unpredictable external factors affecting the sector. How do you manage challenges during construction?
Planning and control are fundamental. At Gesproin Group, we have a highly qualified team and well-defined processes from the initial concept of each project. Furthermore, we implement Oracle's NetSuite ERP system and offer ongoing training to our employees to effectively manage challenges and improve our efficiency.

Any project that has left a mark on you?
The Wave Garden project in Cap Cana is undoubtedly the most iconic. Its innovative design, location, and scale marked a turning point for Gesproin Group, solidifying our position in the sector and demonstrating our ability to manage large-scale projects.
