SANTO DOMINGO. -Within the framework of the implementation plan for the regulatory update of Law 108-05, and with the aim of publicizing the main new features in the regulations that complement it, the Real Estate Registry (RI) completed the first stage of training for a group of its collaborators.
The training day was attended by title registrars, managers, coordinators, registry lawyers and assistant lawyers from the National Directorate of Title Registration.
During the training, which lasted 48 hours, those involved were able to analyze the impact of this update on the performance of their duties in order to implement mechanisms that allow for speed and security in registration processes.
"This training process will encompass all staff of the Real Estate Registry nationwide, with the collaboration of title registrars, regional directors, judges of the Real Estate Jurisdiction courts, managers, consultants and experts in various areas as instructors," states a press release from the RI.
The entity states that with this activity, it reaffirms its commitment to institutional strengthening.
