SANTO DOMINGO.-With the purpose of expanding the scope of its services and responding to the needs of users, the Real Estate Registry (RI) has opened the institution's first dual office, located in the National District, in the Sambil shopping center.
The new branch has an innovative infrastructure whose dual concept allows for customer service windows, self-service modules, tablets and interactive screen kiosks, offering a unique service experience by combining technological facilities with guidance from the institution's staff.
In the new space, users have access to the usual services of the Real Estate Registry, such as receiving applications and delivering Title Registration and Cadastral Survey products; consulting public documents; a room for consultations and virtual appearances with registrars and directors; and scheduling appointments through the website www.ri.gob.do
“This dual office model reflects the digital transformation process that the institution and the real estate sector are immersed in in order to make processes and procedures viable,” said the general administrator of the Real Estate Registry, Ricardo José Noboa Gañán.
This modern office, located on the Aquarium level of the Sambil shopping center, is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, according to a press release.
