SANTO DOMINGO. – President Luis Abinader will lead the inauguration of the Baní bypass , a major road project that will not only reduce travel time in the southern region of the country, but will also boost its economy.
This new road is projected to contribute to the region's tourism, social, and economic development alleviate traffic congestion in Baní.
With a length of 19 kilometers, it is part of a comprehensive plan that includes the Azua bypass and the Barahona-Enriquillo highway.
