SANTO DOMINGO – Plusval Dominicana celebrated its traditional Plusval Summit 2025 , with the aim of contributing to the strengthening and training of its real estate advisors, spread throughout various parts of the country.
The training day took place in the Auditorium of the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University (UNPHU) and brought together representatives from the six offices that make up the brand, which are located in the National District, Santo Domingo North, Santo Domingo East, Santiago and Punta Cana.
In his opening remarks, Eros Camaño, partner and director of Plusval Dominicana's subsidiary, emphasized that the event reaffirms the company's commitment to excellence and innovation. "Each edition is an opportunity to raise our standards, exceeding our clients' expectations and strengthening our team with the necessary tools to continue growing ," he stated.
The program included conferences on current topics relevant to the development of real estate agents. These included “Authenticity on Social Media ,” presented by Juan Roberto Musa ; “Summit Strategies: Lessons to Reach Your Goals,” presented by Thais Herrera; and “Commercial Service Model 4.0 (CSM)” and “Sales Mindset ,” presented by renowned international sales and leadership experts Juan Carlos and Mauricio Ramírez.
The Plusval Summit 2025 was attended by the broker owners of Plusval Dominicana and representatives from all its branches: Plusval HQ, Plusval Venta Directa, Plusval Norte, Plusval Santo Domingo Este, Plusval Punta Cana and Plusval Crea.
