SANTO DOMINGO. – Noval Properties announced its alliance with the international brand Harper for the management and official launch of its real estate development Reserva Real, a complex of more than 100 residential units that were delivered to their buyers, in Bávaro, in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic.
With this agreement, the international firm officially opens its operations in the country, through a strategic agreement with the Dominican promoter, who thus consolidates a new proposal for hospitality and real estate management in the Caribbean.
"This agreement represents an important step for both firms, combining Harper's global experience in hotel management with Noval's track record as one of the leading real estate developers in the region," said Lorena Sevilla, Noval's commercial director for the eastern region.
