SANTO DOMINGO.- Within the framework of inter-institutional cooperation, the Real Estate Registry team recently presented to the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors (CODIA) and the Dominican Association of Surveyors (ASODAGRIM), the progress and improvements in the processes and facilities available through the RiMóvil APP for Technical Work Authorizations for qualified professionals.
The objective of the virtual meeting was to present the new digital tools available to these technicians, which will streamline the process in an optimized way, as well as simplify access.
“At the Land Registry, we are committed to the digital transformation of our services, which is why we are making available a new tool within the RiMóvil APP, which simplifies the process for surveyors to request authorizations for technical work,” the entity states on its website.
"He said that the service complements the existing application for legal status certificate requests with credit or debit card payments, among other integrated functionalities," stated Alberto Alejandro Marrero Díaz, Implementation Manager of the Real Estate Registry.
The workshop “Advances and services of the Real Estate Registry” was given by Adabelle Acosta, User Service Manager; Grace Soriano, in charge of Review; Jorge Hernández, in charge of Planning; Michael Campusano, Operations Manager; Massiel Suero, Technical Manager of Surveying; and Nohely Patricia Fabián Delgado, ICT Functional Analyst.
During these exchanges, details were offered of the Institutional Strategic Plan of the Real Estate Registry, its projects in execution, the main advances and innovations in the service, the new technical provisions, services for corporate users and the use of the mobile APP.
