Mi Vivienda Hato Nuevo is a residential development being built on over 153,000 square meters. The project will have a total of 1,232 apartment units with two and three bedrooms.
“With these housing projects, we are not only benefiting families who now have their own homes, but we are also boosting the local economy and generating jobs. Here in Hato Nuevo, we have created more than 2,400 direct and indirect jobs with this project, and this is how we continue to drive the progress of our country,” said Minister Bonilla, according to a press release.
It states that with yesterday's delivery, the number of Dominican families participating in the Mi Vivienda Hato Nuevo project has reached 600. The project features a playground, basketball court, parking for cars and motorcycles, and extensive green areas covering more than 6,275 square meters.
