Four agents from Urban Group will tour several countries promoting real estate investment in the Dominican Republic

SANTO DOMINGO - Annery Rozon, Jennifer Santana, Yeritza Mejía and Lilibeth del Rio, are the four real estate advisors from the firm Urban Group who will begin a tour of various locations starting on May 30th to promote real estate investment in the Dominican Republic.

“Our goal is to educate people on how to make investments correctly in the Dominican Republic and to establish relationships, since by interacting with people we can discover great investment opportunities, expand globally, make friends, and forge connections to achieve organic closings,” explains Rozon, spokesperson for the women's group. 

“The Real Estate Brunch Tour” will initially cover Colombia, Chile, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and the United States, the real estate agent explained. “We’ll be providing accurate information to those interested in investing in the Dominican Republic, fostering a organic network where everything the client spends goes on us,” she stated. 

He said that this new marketing approach is part of Urban Group's expansion and internationalization program, which in recent years has developed various cycles of fairs in different countries, showcasing its wide range of properties.

He explained that there are many fairs and that with this new event they want to innovate because "I believe that we must constantly reinvent ourselves within reason.".

The first stop of “The Real Estate Brunch Tour” will be in Bogotá, Colombia, from May 30th to 31st at Astoria rooftop from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; while on June 1st and 2nd they will be in Medellín, at Colozal Restaurant in the South American country, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Annery Rozon, an executive broker at Urban Group with over four years of experience, explained that she created this concept for a different kind of real estate fair because she discovered that major deals are achieved through local and international networking. "And the market needs to reinvent the fair concept to capture attention with something different yet functional," she stated. 

He pointed out that the concept has been designed so that potential customers have a pleasant and highly educational time, where they are the protagonists "and will be treated as such.".

“It’s not all about making a sale; it’s also about empowering people with knowledge. We need them to see that our interest in closing a deal goes beyond the numbers it might generate,” he explained. 

In this first experience, Urban Group is partnering with the construction company Mirage Group. "We're going to have a pleasant time among different cultures and make it happen.".
