The Cibao Association inaugurated its 57th branch in Agora Santiago Center, as part of its plan for physical expansion and strengthening of its services in the northern region.
The new space is designed to offer comprehensive financial services, with streamlined processes and service channels adapted to the current needs of members and clients.
During the opening ceremony, Mónica Ceballos, Vice President of Personal and SME Banking, highlighted Santiago's role as an engine of growth, innovation and entrepreneurship in the Dominican Republic.
"The opening of this new office in Ágora Santiago Center is a response to the commercial dynamism of this city and to strengthen our close relationship with our clients, who increasingly require more agile, accessible and digital financial solutions," said Ceballos.
With this opening, the network of ATMs nationwide is also expanded to 64, reinforcing its commercial presence throughout the territory and its commitment to exemplary and inclusive financial services.
The manager of the new branch, Eury Cerda, explained that the facilities are equipped to provide all the financial services of the entity: savings accounts, deposits, withdrawals, loans, credit cards, financial certificates, buying and selling of foreign currency, national and international transfers, payroll payment, and permanent access through Internet Banking, Cibao Mobile Banking and the ATM network.
Cerda also reported that the branch has a priority checkout lane for people with disabilities, reaffirming the institution's commitment to inclusion and accessibility.
The new branch in Ágora Santiago Center is also participating in the Mortgage Fair that the institution is holding until November 15, 2025, offering a preferential rate of 11.75%, financing of up to 90% of the property value, up to 40 years to pay, flexible payment and free home contents for one year.
With this inauguration, the Cibao Association consolidates its service network and its role as one of the country's leading financial intermediation entities.
