SANTO DOMINGO. – Dominican urban planner Yermys Peña, along with Julián Gil, a renowned Puerto Rican actor and businessman, have announced a speaking tour for this October in Puerto Rico and several cities in the United States.
Both the renowned architect and the businessman consider it crucial to know how to manage and protect oneself financially, and to this end, they have developed this series of dynamic and accessible talks in order to offer a comprehensive guide that includes as main focuses the planning and preservation of assets in the real estate sector.

Yermys Peña is a Dominican architect and urban planner with more than 20 years of experience. She is the CEO of Construger and Studio YP and has been a pioneer in the design of sustainable buildings in the Dominican Republic.
Julián Gil is an Argentine-born actor, television host, and businessman, raised in Puerto Rico, with a successful career in Spanish-language television, film, and theater. Known for his starring roles in telenovelas and his charismatic presence as a host, Gil has built a solid career in the entertainment industry. In addition to his artistic career, Gil has diversified his business interests, partnering in restaurants in Miami and Mexico.
