SANTO DOMINGO. -The Dominican Association of Surveyors (ASODAGRIM) recognized Mr. Efrén Cuello as a key figure in the advancement of the national land titling policy and the strengthening of property rights in the Dominican Republic.
The recognition took place during the commemoration of Surveyor's Day , in an emotional ceremony led by the president of ASODAGRIM, Víctor Torres Rosa , along with directors and prominent members of the guild.
Torres highlighted that Cuello has been a strategic ally in the mass titling processes , providing constant support to the association's initiatives and facilitating the inclusion of the group in important public policies.
“Attorney Cuello has been a key ally, not only for his commitment to the legalization of real estate ownership in the country, but also for always taking into account the voice and work of Dominican surveyors in every project he promotes,” Torres said.
The association reaffirmed its commitment to recognizing the actors who, from different sectors, contribute to the strengthening of the union and the social transformation that involves providing legal security to thousands of Dominican families through the effective titling of their properties.
This tribute is part of ASODAGRIM's comprehensive approach to highlighting external contributions that positively impact the profession, institutions, and social justice in the field of land and surveying.
