During its participation in the International Tourism Fair (Fitur), which concluded last weekend in Madrid, Spain, Mr. Home reaffirmed its leadership in the sector by initiating negotiations that could translate into more than US$45 million of foreign investment in real estate projects.
A press release states that during its attendance at the exhibition, the company held more than 35 strategic meetings with developers, hoteliers, clients, investors, and key allies in the market, which contributed to the projected initial investment of more than $20 million, and a potential agreement for a hotel development worth over $25 million
It highlights that the real estate firm, with more than a decade of operations in the country, was the only co-exhibiting real estate company at the Dominican Republic stand during the 45th edition of Fitur, which in its last edition brought together more than 156 countries, more than 155,000 professionals and more than 9,500 participating companies.
The Mr Home team was led by its executive director, Elizabeth Santiago, the document states, highlighting the brand's contributions to boosting the national economy.
