SANTO DOMINGO.- In Punta Cana, the main tourist destination of the Dominican Republic, the Peruvian-owned developer Huacachina will deliver the first 150 homes to the same number of beneficiaries this Thursday, January 30th, as part of Alta Vista Village, which is being built in this area of the east of the country.
This is a project of approximately 1900 plots and 1200 villas being built on the road that connects Verón and Higüey, La Otra Banda, on a plot of more than 1.5 million square meters, with plots of 216 m2 at a very affordable price, and with direct financing without interest.
“We plan to impact and make more than 3,000 families happy through the sale of land and the construction of these beautiful villas, designed to contribute to the well-being of Dominican society,” said Patricia Penott, administrative head of the development company.

He explained that the project began two years ago and that the 150 homes are part of the first phase of Alta Vista Village. The handover ceremony will take place at 5:00 pm.
