SANTO DOMINGO – Instagram, Facebook, and Corotos are the main platforms real estate agents use to promote their properties. These are followed by Super Casas.com, signs, Mercado Libre, and websites.
The results come from an initial survey conducted by El Inmobiliario with 26 representatives from real estate agencies, with the aim of understanding how they advertise their properties to the public. The sample was collected via WhatsApp and telephone.
The Easy Broker platform, WhatsApp groups, CRM, mass emails, Google Ads, Mevii, Markplace, InDominicana, billboards, YouTube, and WhatsApp Status were the other responses given by those consulted about how they make their property inventory available.
