From Monday the 27th of this month until October 1st, the AEI will offer its training for new agents in a virtual format
Santo Domingo.- Keeping up with the pace of the modern world means not resting on your laurels, much less sitting back, because technology, with its inventions, is constantly on alert to steal space from human resources.
The Association of Real Estate Companies and Agents (AEI) is constantly striving to ensure that a lack of training does not pose a threat to agents who choose to pursue it, and therefore strives to offer new knowledge and tools that allow them to reach the level of current competition.
Next Monday the 27th, the new delivery of the “CBR 01 Certification” begins, aimed at guiding new agents step by step, so that they can start the experience with the necessary tools to get off to a good start.
At the opening session, Ilonka Castillo will introduce participants to the Real Estate Business. Tuesday the 28th gets even better, as Claudia Castillo will invite them to embark on a journey into Property Appraisal. Teresa Pérez and Alenny Garabito will accompany them on this journey to learn about the AEI and Ethics in Real Estate Business
The next day promises to be incredibly interesting with Edgar Arguello, who will guide them through the world of digital marketing, social media, and its tools for promoting products, explaining the theory of branding. Later, Ivan Guerrero will lead them through property acquisition, highlighting publishing techniques to ensure successful sales and a successful closing.
And since it's a comprehensive training session on Thursday the 30th, the tour moves to the realm of justice, and under Robinson Cuello's guidance, participants will learn the legal aspects of the real estate industry. If you're unfamiliar with terms like Real Estate Jurisdiction, Condominium Law, and Money Laundering Law, pay close attention so you can learn them thoroughly, as they are fundamental to real estate transactions. You've surely heard of the Trust Law, which is very topical these days; Roberto Carlos Jorge will explain it until all your questions are answered.
On the closing day, Marbel Lugo will guide the audience on Team Leadership; and a main event with Freddy Liriano who will talk about the AEI Marketplace, Networking tools and Business Generation.
And to end with a flourish, the president of the AEI, Alberto Bogaert, and a surprise guest will share their experience with the young people and give them wise advice so that they can fly as high as they want.
