Airplanes with luxury villas is the new concept recently presented by the 7Palms Group, a different hotel construction project that adds to the real estate boom that the Dominican Republic is experiencing.
In a meeting with the media, held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel, its promoters explained that it involves the landing of three planes in the mountains of Miches, integrating them into this environment of mountains, beaches and lagoons to provide an unprecedented style of accommodation.
Volaville is a new concept with an architectural design by Architect Carlos Martínez, and it aims to transform tourism in the Dominican Republic, positioning it globally with a hotel concept featuring airplanes and luxury villas located in the natural enclave of Miches, the country's hidden gem, according to a press release from the development firm.
7Palms is a brand of real estate, residential, commercial and tourist projects in the Dominican Republic led by brothers Carlos Bernardo and Carlos Rafael Manzano, the group's CEOs, who together with businessman, communicator and influencer Sergio Carlo, had the vision to innovate with the realization of this exclusive project.
In their speech, the Manzano brothers recounted the birth of the company and the new hotel project, and how much they have achieved "based on a solid foundation of values in the Catholic faith, responsibility, honesty, continuous studies, hard work and a passion for entrepreneurship.".
With a 22-year track record in the real estate, automotive, and import/export industries from Asia, the United States, and the Caribbean, they have managed to position themselves in the business world.
"The CEOs of the 7Palms group have built a business model with the capacity to connect multicultural human networks, which has led them to consolidate sources of employment in the Dominican Republic and in more than 10 cities around the world; generating direct benefits to companies, professionals and workers, boosting the local development of the communities around their projects in the Dominican territory," explains the press release.
The company adds that Volaville is expected to transform tourism in the Dominican Republic, as well as the economy of Miches, and that its operations will attract the attention of investors and tourists worldwide.
