Vilma Núñez: Evolution and progress are inevitable when you work every day

SANTO DOMINGO.- Vilma Núñez, a marketing and sales strategist and advisor, asserts that evolution and progress are inevitable when one works every day, after inviting each person to find their own formula to achieve everything they set out to do in life.

During her presentation at the “Digital Real Estate Marketing Skills” event, held last Tuesday by Noval Academy, the professional urged real estate agents to analyze their progress toward their goals each month and note the milestones they achieve. “You can’t have it all, so create your own formula and you’ll have it all,” she commented.

With her presentation “increasing leads to increase sales with artificial intelligence”, the prominent influencer held the attention of approximately 700 representatives of real estate agencies, gathered at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center, Hall of Fame, National District, for two hours.

“They say being ambitious is bad, but they lied to us. The more you progress, the more you share. The law of attraction is useless without the law of action. Knowledge without action generates frustration,” were some of the tips the expert shared with the audience.

Vilma Núñez believed that the role of a salesperson is to be a catalyst for change. She prompted those present to reflect on their mindset. “A growth mindset, without excuses? If your mindset is one of scarcity, change it because you have to keep moving forward.”.

“Investing in the mind is the best investment,” she emphasizes, before leading the attendees in a thought-provoking exercise with the questions: What is your purpose in life: are you always thinking about the negative? What do you see in your mirror every day of your life?, to argue that not everything you see is real, especially what is observed on social media.

He urged the community of agents who filled the auditorium not to compare themselves to the success of others. “I am successful because where others see difficulties, I see opportunities,” Núñez declared.

And he continued: “Images help me track my progress. Take pictures of everything, the good and the bad. What is your Platonic goal, your Platonic client?” he asked on stage, urging them to embrace their multiple powers and use them every day.

The strategist urged real estate agents not to think about small goals, emphasizing that while small and large goals consume the same amount of energy, it is always advisable to expand one's mindset.

“To achieve big goals, identify what they are and why you want them, then develop an action plan with strategies. How hungry are you to reach the goal? Set a deadline; you need to have that pressure,” she advised.

If you don't sell yourself well, who will do it for you? he wondered, after recommending a sense of security in things and doing what you love.

For Vilma Núñez, what matters is who knows me, not who you know.

A good salesperson

"Good salespeople," Núñez explains, "don't forget and follow up because that's where the power lies.".

-A good salesperson spends 80% of their time asking questions, listening to, and understanding their customer.

-Good salespeople sell value, we don't sell services, we sell experiences.

-Good salespeople analyze the customer's personality.

He suggested that real estate brokers should be clear about a property's reference price, knowing the price ceiling, that is, the maximum that clients would be willing to pay, which will help them to better position themselves and focus their efforts.

He recommended that they "not lump everyone together," but rather divide and subdivide the types of clients.

To conclude his presentation, Núñez took the audience on a journey through the world of artificial intelligence, urging them to embrace it in their daily lives.

“Ambition must be aligned with a mission; your prosperity depends on your mindset,” the sales expert concluded.
