For this lawyer and interior designer, being part of the real estate world is more than a profession; it's a passion. "I enjoy connecting people with their ideal home or investment, advising them every step of the way with knowledge, ethics, and transparency," she says.
The businesswoman leads the Kasac and Terra Real Estate Group, under whose umbrella operate Inmolux Properties, Aristy San-Per and Innova Design & Co., which offer a comprehensive service in three fundamental pillars, which Sánchez Aristy explains: Real estate advice: Buying, selling and renting properties, legal: Specialization in real estate, contractual and corporate law and interior design and remodeling: Through Innova Design, our division focused on transforming spaces with functionality and aesthetics.
The architecture student points out that she remains in the real estate sector out of vocation, because it allows her to merge her legal and commercial knowledge with her passion for design and the transformation of spaces.
He explains that his approach is to offer a consultative and personalized service, because it's not just about selling, but about providing comprehensive advice so that each client makes the best decision, also citing transparency, professionalism and trust as fundamental pillars in his work methodology.
“Our 360° real estate service includes real estate, legal, and interior design advice. This allows us to accompany our clients throughout the entire process, from the purchase to optimizing their investment. At the same time, we offer them a comprehensive experience, with the convenience of having everything handled by a single company,” he explains.
A constantly evolving sector
Sánchez Aristy understands that although the real estate market in the Dominican Republic is constantly evolving, there are still challenges in the regulation and professionalization of the sector, which would guarantee having trained agents with a long-term vision.
That's why he believes that greater training and specialization are among the sector's main needs today. "It's not just about selling properties, but about understanding the market, legal regulations, and client needs to offer a more complete and professional service," he emphasizes.
Integrity, because trust is the foundation of any real estate transaction; persistence, understanding that the key to success lies in consistency and discipline; and knowledge, considering that a well-informed agent generates credibility and security in their clients, are the three pillars that this professional applies on her path to achieving successful closings.
The variety of properties they market ranges from apartments and luxury villas to tourist developments, commercial properties, and investment land. Their area of operation covers Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Juan Dolio, La Romana, Santiago, and Las Terrenas.
Victoria's plans for 2025 range from strengthening strategic alliances, continuing to educate clients and investors, expanding its portfolio of offerings, and integrating interior design and architecture as an added value in its real estate services, to continue promoting and strengthening the sector to which it has dedicated more than a decade.
