SANTO DOMINGO.- AEI, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, announces that registrations for the Advanced Real Estate Certification (CBR02) close tomorrow, Thursday, November 11, at three in the afternoon.
“Register early so you don’t miss out. If the available spots fill up before the scheduled date, we will be forced to close registration,” the association explains in an announcement posted on its Instagram account, where it states that the promotion has limited spaces.
The organization that represents real estate agents reminds everyone that the course only applies to graduates of the Real Estate Certification 01 (CBR01).
“Current topics, excellent facilitators, concrete actions and everything you need to continue with the second level of training,” says the literature posted by the association, which sets the date for the event, to be held from November 14 to 18, via the Zoom platform.
The instructors for the advanced course include Ilonka Castillo de Cesti, Wayne Wheeler, Alenny Garabito, Teresa Pérez de Peralta, Indhira Desangles, Rafael González, Paola Simó, Iván Guerrero and Felipe Rodríguez, prominent leaders in the sector with accumulated experience in the real estate field.
What should a CBR know to manage rentals in the Dominican Republic? From the business perspective to the legal aspect, these topics represent part of the curriculum included in the Real Estate Certification 02 (CBR02), which will be taught over 20 hours, starting at six in the evening.
“How to overcome objection barriers and sell,” with techniques that will help you achieve sales by overcoming objection barriers between buyers and sellers, is part of what you can add to your resume if you choose to carry out CBR02.
What a real estate agent should know about construction methods and processes and finishes, in an interactive question and answer format; The importance of focusing efforts on a specific market.
A panel on real estate specialties is added: first home, resales, low-cost housing, plots and land, within the training's learning agenda.
“Masterclass commercial real estate, holiday or investment properties, beach or mountain, what you need to know about Airbnb and the 4Ps of real estate marketing (product, price, place of sale and promotion).
The AEI, which recently celebrated 33 years in the national market, maintains a permanent training program, aimed at real estate agents who wish to learn the techniques and tools that facilitate the real estate business.
The closing session will be led by Felipe Rodríguez, a motivational coach, with the conference “Selling in the Rain”.
