SANTO DOMINGO. – TimeHomes Real Estate celebrated its Christmas activity with the official handover of the first stage of the Quintas de Villa Laura residential project, consisting of 32 housing units.
Alenny Garabito, CEO of the real estate firm, reported that the event took place at the residential complex and was led by the promoters and builders of Inversiones SBDS, engineers Rafael Durán and Simón Durán, along with their technical team.
He explained that the activity included the participation of brokers, strategic partners and representatives of the real estate company, who accompanied the process of handing over the keys to the buyers.
“The owners received their apartments in a celebratory atmosphere, and the formal handover included guidance on the internal and external maintenance of the homes, as well as on the importance of respect among co-owners,” he noted.
According to the information provided, the event combined the delivery of the units with the company's Christmas celebration, bringing together promoters, brokers, and buyers in the same space.
Garabito added that during the meeting, details were shared about upcoming projects to be delivered in 2026, as well as new constructions planned in different areas of Santo Domingo and outside the capital.
“The delivery of this first stage represents the closing of a construction cycle and the beginning of new stories for the families who received their homes,” he said.
Finally, the broker stated that the activity reaffirmed the company's commitment to supporting buyers in the purchasing process and in the creation of sustainable communities.
