SANTO DOMINGO.- The International Congress of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) returns with an interesting program, full of good content to update real estate agents, support their continuous training process and boost the strengthening of their career.
The agenda for the event, scheduled for August 4th at the Catalonia Hotel, located on George Washington Avenue (Malecón), Santo Domingo, is planned to take place from eight in the morning until four thirty in the afternoon.
According to information posted on the official Congress website, at 8:00 AM the president of the AEI, Alberto Bogaert, will open the meeting with a presentation that will formally begin the event, to which all real estate agents in the country are being invited.
Cindy Castillo, a coach and real estate consultant with over 14 years in the industry, will be the first speaker called to the stage by Nikauly de la Mota, who will be the master of ceremonies. The Dominican-American will speak on “how to create and grow your Airbnb business.”.
There will be a 30-minute break, followed by a presentation from the experienced Costa Rican Ana Seydi López, who will speak on “The Power of the Exclusivity.” Another break will follow.
At 12:20, three prominent entrepreneurs from the real estate sector, Juan Chalas from Plusval Dominicana, Isely Almánzar from KW Norte and Juan Estévez from Mr Home Asesores Inmobiliarios, will take control of the stage to present their vision of the immediate future of the sector.
At 2:00 PM it will be time for lunch, to return at 3:00 PM with the Spaniard Carlos Rentalo, who will share his skills on the topic "Build your personal brand to lead the new real estate era".
The event is scheduled to close at 4:30 pm with a big surprise, as stated on the website.

Tickets for the event are now available, says the AEI, which has set special prices. For members of the Association, the cost is RD$4,500 pesos, and for non-members, RD$5,500. The price includes participation, a coffee break, lunch, and a surprise closing performance.
