SANTO DOMINGO.- As part of its employee support program, Plusval Dominicana recognizes associates every four months who have gone the extra mile to achieve their goals.
The company also holds a luncheon with newly hired associates who have excelled in closing sales. The aim is to foster a sense of community between the brand's advisors and its new members.
Through the recognition program, one real estate agent is chosen each month from the company's branches: Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, and Santiago, in an environment where they share their experience of sales processes and the work climate.
These awards serve as an incentive for teams that strive every day to achieve excellence.
