It lacks nothing, there is even a separate guesthouse called The Cube that offers four additional bedrooms for guests and staff.

The ultra-luxurious Orum House in Los Angeles, designed by architect Zoltan Pali, winner of an American Influencer Award, is owned by singer Beyoncé and music producer Jay-Z and is designed to appear to float above the city.
Its upper walls are made of glass with four different opacities: reflective, opaque, translucent, and clear, creating the illusion of an ever-changing, shimmering, and infinite facade. An architectural marvel, perched on a promontory in the Santa Monica Mountains, it offers unobstructed views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean for its guests to enjoy.

It has nine rooms, five of which are suites with their own spa-like bathroom and 270-degree views of the city. It also has 15 bathrooms made of gold, white, and black marble, parking for 30 cars, a wine room for 1,000 bottles, a cinema room, a gym, and a cedar sauna, as well as several formal living rooms, a formal dining room, and an outdoor kitchen.
The house has 1,740 square meters and three levels. The ground floor houses the entrance and common areas, while the upper floor is dedicated to private spaces where, with the touch of a button, sliding glass doors open to merge with the outdoors on a wonderful terrace.

Outside, there's a 500-square-meter terrace with two fire pits and an infinity pool illuminated by LED lights. A glass and steel staircase connects the three floors. It was recently the venue used by Tiffany & Co. to unveil the launch of a new, more modern line from the luxury jewelry brand.
It lacks nothing, there is even a separate guesthouse called The Cube that offers four additional bedrooms for guests and staff.

This property is for sale for 42 million dollars, about 36 million euros.
