SANTO DOMINGO.- César Moreta, a mentor with more than 8 years of experience, along with Sol Núñez, an expert in planning tools, have planned the launch of a unique agenda in the Dominican real estate market on December 3rd of this year.
This tool, developed to suit both novices and experienced real estate agents, promises to help professionals reach at least $100,000 in commissions by 2025, in an effort to transform their productivity and effectiveness, as Moreta explained to El Inmobiliario.
She explained that the planner stands out for its practical and structured approach, including guides for setting clear goals, planning monthly income, and organizing weekly tasks. It also incorporates content developed by Núñez, who contributes emotional intelligence strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
As a complement, and as a result of an effort to transform the productivity and effectiveness of real estate agents in different areas, the agenda offers access to a digital platform with induction and follow-up resources, and quarterly meetings with Moreta to ensure progress towards the stated objectives.

The logbook—the real estate advisor points out—is built on the exclusive "Sales Quadrant" methodology, perfected by him after training more than 3,000 agents, organizing and prioritizing the key tasks of real estate agents to maximize their effectiveness, resulting in achieving their goals in a useful way.
Furthermore, the design and structure of the agenda have been developed under the VersaPlanner concept, the brand of Sol Núñez, recognized for its focus on practical planning tools that combine functionality and simplicity, offering a comprehensive experience that balances technical strategy with personal growth.
"Ninety percent of agents lack a structured annual plan. This planner offers them a tool that not only organizes their time, but also allows them to focus their resources and stay aligned with their objectives, even in the face of daily challenges," Moreta explains.
The physical design of the planner makes it easy to use outside of digital environments, promoting a disconnection that fosters concentration.
"This project has a 10-year development plan, which will be updated annually to include new tools and strategies, consolidating itself as a coordinated plan with the goal of achieving profitable real estate agents in the real estate sector," Moreta concludes.
