Madrid, Spain - Proinversión and Nader Enterprises signed an alliance for the development of a tourism and real estate project that will be part of the mega project "Maralda", currently being developed in Playa Esmeralda, Miches, to consolidate efforts to make this destination the next great tourist hub of the Dominican Republic.
The project will be developed on a 700,000-square-meter plot of land owned by Miches Development Group. The vision is to offer the market a unique and innovative project in the region, featuring over 200 lots for villas and apartments, a central lake with islands housing various amenities, polo fields, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis, and other sports facilities for residents to enjoy. Additionally, and as one of its main attractions, the first beach club in Playa Esmeralda will be built, offering a unique and privileged experience in a paradisiacal setting.
Rafael Blanco, president of Proinversión, affirmed that this new investment in the country demonstrates the unstoppable development of Miches and its full potential. “This alliance with Nader Enterprises has proven to be a great opportunity for synergy, as ‘Maralda’ already has all the necessary permits and licenses, as well as a robust financial and legal structure that allows us to begin construction of the infrastructure and amenities immediately.”.

With this strategic alliance between Proinversión and Nader Enterprises, both organizations demonstrate their commitment to promoting a project based on the principles of sustainable development, and to promoting tourism growth in the region, according to a press release.
The project funds will be managed by a trust administered by Fiduciaria Universal, thus ensuring transparent and efficient financial management. The agreement was signed during the development of the tourism fair (Fitur 2024).
