Playa Nueva Romana has begun construction on Marina Park, an innovative space that will include a nature park, a modern chapel, and an open-air amphitheater. This new project aims to become a landmark for those seeking recreation, tranquility, and a connection with nature in the golf resort and its surroundings.
Marina Park, with an estimated investment of one million dollars, covers an area of 4,500 m² surrounded by nature. At the center of the park stands a contemporary chapel, featuring modern lines and unconventional forms. At its base, a large 700 m² sheet of water reflects the church's structure, creating a natural mirror that enhances its beauty. The space will be complemented by an open-air amphitheater with a capacity for 200 people, ideal for hosting various events.
This new amenity has been conceived as a comprehensive project, designed according to sustainability guidelines, respecting the surrounding ecosystems, with exterior gardens that improve air quality and mitigate heat. Its location and orientation ensure the use of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting, and strategic windows and openings promote cross-ventilation, minimizing the use of air conditioning systems, as explained by its investors.

This development is part of a series of investments driven by Grupo Piñero through its real estate division, aimed at enhancing the infrastructure of Playa Nueva Romana as a prime residential destination. The event, held at the site of the future park, was attended by executives from Grupo Piñero and Playa Nueva Romana, owners, brokers, business partners, community members, and representatives of the national press, who witnessed the start of a project that promises to be a haven of well-being and connection with nature, fostering the lifestyle that characterizes Playa Nueva Romana.
