SANTO DOMINGO – Plusval Dominicana and Banco Popular Dominicano announced yesterday, Thursday, the second edition of the national real estate fair "Plusval throughout the Dominican Republic," which will be held on April 4, 5, and 6, 2025, at all of the brand's franchises nationwide, and where more than 200 properties in completed projects and plans will be offered.
The trade show will feature attractive financing rates in its second edition, allowing people to purchase properties for housing or investment at preferential rates and with free financial advice, thus reaffirming the financial sector's confidence in Dominican real estate development as an engine of the economy, according to details provided yesterday at a press conference.
“At this fair, we aim to provide families, investors, and developers with a dynamic space that promotes and streamlines the process of choosing and purchasing a property. Plusval is the real estate company with the largest number of exclusive projects for primary or secondary residences and for investment,” explained Juan Chalas, founding broker of Plusval Dominicana.

He said that attendees will be able to choose from a variety of offers, as well as access exclusive projects with excellent appreciation potential throughout the country, from Punta Cana to the northern region. “During the fair, we will have special benefits, such as the possibility of reserving a property with only US$1,000, discounts of up to 5% on the property price, and an additional 5% discount on the payment method, among other advantages designed to make investing even more accessible and profitable,” the businessman explained.
The real estate exhibition will be held simultaneously at the JW Marriott Hotel in Blue Mall in Santo Domingo; Plaza Larry, 5th Level in the eastern zone; UTESA Convention Center, in Santiago; and Plaza Paseo San Juan in Bávaro, Punta Cana.
