SANTO DOMINGO – On February 11th, Infinitygroup celebrated its first decade serving the Dominican Republic's real estate sector. This anniversary marks a milestone with ambitious plans, including opening an office in Miami and launching a professional development program for its advisors.
“Today we give thanks to God, to our clients, to the team of real estate agents who have shared with us the joy of these ten years of achievements and lessons, being part of an active community, making them all part of this great family,” said Lissette Delmonte, CEO of the company, when she spoke at a meeting with the sellers to celebrate the anniversary.

The company is headquartered in Santo Domingo and has agents in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Santiago, New York, Orlando, Boston, and Florida. Its administrative staff consists of five people, in addition to accounting and advertising personnel; and a total of fourteen sales agents provide advice on buying and selling properties.
It has a training program called "Masterclass Infinity", through which it currently offers a diploma for its advisors, who in twelve sessions are given a complete overview of all real estate activities to update them on the new trends in the real estate world.
Delmonte highlighted the "Dream Home" program as an important achievement of this decade, which began in New York City in 2013 and expanded to Boston, Orlando, and Miami in 2019.

“For us, these ten years represent many achievements and challenges of fulfilling our duty to our clients, to society, and to ourselves. We feel satisfaction in the work done, always seeking more options to grow and improve,” says the CEO.
As an immediate plan, he mentions the opening of the Miami office, which will provide services to investors and interested parties who wish to bring their capital to the country and acquire its properties with the help of a team that will help them make their decision with the necessary information, led by his eldest son, Joan Fernando López Delmonte.
