The sales quadrant is the methodology used by this real estate advisor who is currently single.
And what does this method consist of? Cesar Moreta answers: “I distribute it based on my sales quadrant methodology. The first week of each month I capture, study projects and prepare promotional material, the second week I publish all the content.”
And he continues explaining: “In the 3rd week I follow up on all the leads that the promotions give me, in the 4th week I focus on closing sales.”.
He emphasizes that although activities can be mixed by week, he tries to pursue the projected number, according to the focus of that week.
Moreta understands that the work of real estate agents is currently vital in supporting those looking for properties.
And when we asked him to name three keys to success, he replied: "I learned that opportunity cost means that when you choose something you also lose something, so I try to choose my company, businesses and investments well.".
The second is that she's always looking for ways to leverage her time, money, and resources. "I don't have to own everything; I just need to know who has it and convince them to lend it to me," she emphasizes.
And thirdly, she says she takes great care of her creativity. "I have routines for rest, meditation, and focus to get the best out of my mind.".
